I’m tipping the scales at 214, and need to weigh in at 195 April 22nd. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been on the important lifts, but my body resembles an apple. A freckled, pale ginger apple. That is neither appetizing, nor anywhere near conducive to the shape I need to be in to bring home a medal.
Time to get in to fighting shape! I’ll begin posting my daily nutrition on my training log. This should keep me focused.
